Due to being a small business, the extremely limited amount of stock for each size and pattern, our dedication to quality and competitive pricing, and that we often sell out, our returns policy is not as generous as larger companies. I wish it could be but it just wouldn't work, thanks for understanding.

Please read our size chart thoroughly before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size, as by the time you receive your order the design will likely be sold out. 

Please note Sunday Scrubs is not able to refund sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the receiving date. 

To be eligible to make a return all items must be returned in original, unworn and resalable condition - this includes tags attached, the original packaging, and no signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or odours. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and sent back to you.

If the above requirements are met – we are able to facilitate a refund or store credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges), or an exchange for an alternative size or style, please note if there is a price difference we will provide a store credit for the returned item/s for you to repurchase your request.

If the above requirements are met – we can facilitate the below options:

• A Refund for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges)
• A Store Credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot credit duties, taxes or shipping charges) – Store Credit do not have an expiry 
• An Exchange for an alternative size or style, please note if there is a price difference we will provide a store credit for the returned item/s for you to repurchase your request.

Any shipping fees or duties incurred to make a return to us are the responsibility of the customer to pay, however if we can facilitate your exchange request we cover the shipping costs back to you.

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the Sunday Scrubs Team via hello@sundayscrubs.com.au Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Sunday Scrubs will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.
